By placing an order with SS Royal Collections, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before checking out.

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. An order is only confirmed once payment is received (for online payments) or once dispatched (for Cash on Delivery orders). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Bulk order discounts are available for reseller partners. Bulk pricing and minimum quantities are confirmed at the time of order and are not retroactively applied to prior purchases.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees — delays due to courier partners, weather, or regional restrictions are outside our control. A delivery charge applies per order as shown at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Account & Conduct

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive behavior, repeated fraudulent order claims, or activity that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SS Royal Collections is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed delivery, product unavailability, or use of purchased products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
